CLASS LOCATIONS
We like to bring yoga outside the box. Don't get us wrong, we love a good studio space, but sometimes it's beneficial to break the mold and go off road. We love hosting classes at eclectic and creative spaces. While our class schedule is always evolving and shifting, we hope you can find some well deserved time on your mat at the below locations.
quartyard
The Quartyard is situated in the heart of East Village in Downtown San Diego. A community hub and music venue with a full kitchen and bar. We offer a FREE class on (most) Sundays. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Umbrellas are onsite for shade.

yoga haven
Yoga Haven is located in Point Loma. It is an indoor studio with plenty of blocks, blankets and straps. They also have a Yoga Wall which we highly recommend checking out! Wolf & Lion members can only access the classes via our class schedule, if you want to check out their other offerings, please visit www.yogahavensd.com
