A Bit About Darrce
Darrce is an enthusiastic and welcoming instructor who has always had a passion for movement and healing. Born and raised in San Diego, she was introduced to yoga, meditation, dance, acrobatics and various healing modalities from a young age, which sparked her interest in art and expression with the body, mind and soul. In 2016, after a decade as a professional dancer, she became certified as a yoga instructor with the intention to hold a sacred space for others to experience their own healing yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice. Since her RYT 200 certification, she has attended Thai Massage and Gentle Somatic Yoga workshops in a continual effort to expand both her knowledge and offerings to honor, support, and transform her students and community. Her experience includes teaching various styles to varying levels of students in a multitude of environments including studio and apartment complex classes, chair yoga classes, one on one private sessions, county and corporate classes, fundraisers, workshops, and retreat settings. She works in collaboration with brands like Improv Cocktails and Fabletics, and has also had the pleasure of facilitating classes in Panama and Mexico. She enjoys and is open to being a source of guidance, information and motivation to support students wherever they are along their journey of spirituality, movement and wellness!
