Disco Get Down-Dog

San Diego's best 70s bash is back March 23rd, The Mustache Bash and we're teaming up with them to bring you a 70s inspired Yoga Fit class taught by Elyssa Swann. Get your downdog on while groovin' to the swag beats of DJ Slothyyy spinnin' vinyl. Stay after to share your favorite stories of your time at the Mustache Bash (or get excited if it's your first time) with fellow disco lovers while sippin' on mimosas from the Quartyard bar.

Class with be hosted at one of the vibey-est spots in SD, Quartyard in Downtown San Diego. This art adorned venue is outside with an onsite kitchen, bar and coffee shop. Street parking so plan accordingly.

About the Yoga Fit class:

A class designed to build confidence and strength, boost endurance and challange balance. Class starts with mobility and functional movement drills, followed by a vinyasa-like flow with added repetitions and core work, then finishes with light stretching. Yoga Fit is meant to be a workout, expect to break a lil sweat! Give that sweet bod of yours a boost before the Bash!

Welcome one and all to an immersive '70s experience like nothing else on earth. Some call it a music festival. Others call it a costume party. Many call it a family and anyone who's ever been calls it the best day of the year. Truth be told, Stache Bash is all those things and more.

It's a community of like minded, funky spirits who gather, dripping in disco, to turn up and get down. Together, we unleash our funky auras and time-travel back to the era when love was free and soul reigned supreme. Bell-bottomed booties shake beneath glimmering disco balls. Mustaches glow in the golden sun. Disco-dosed dance moves break free and we boogie. We bust out. We Bash.
